Cetma hardware? I'm guessing it took Lane 2 years to build that one?

Not cetma hardware, those are conduit hangers available at any hardware store for like $1/piece.

This frame came from Andy back when he was selling random frames. It was either before I knew how much of an ass he was or I didn't care because it was too rad (and like $150 if I remember correctly).

Honestly I feel like I get all of it from 26x2.5 but then again, I've never even ridden a bike with + tires.
But then again again, I've ridden through some brutal shit on 41s and definitely wasn't like "fuck this because these tires"

Aka the fix fix fix guy? Not going to actually link it. Polo girl from RVA used her shoot as kind of a jumping off point for her ladies undies brand. She's on Instagram @wildfireundies

26+ is not even a trend

there are two and a half tires from Surly and two from WTB, all made by Inova, and I doubt there will ever be any more

the actual casing widths are pretty similar to a normal 2.4, but the treads are odd to work when stretched on the i40 rims

Yeah that bike would be dumb with 26+ wheels. What I really want to know is which non-MTB frame is gonna fit that 27.5x2.8 Schwalbe G-One tire. TC I like my unnecessarily large tires on the road around town, there's so much bullshit in the bike lane here and on my 29+ I don't have to think twice about any of it.

I've met Goat from Crust a few times and can confirm that he is legitimately about the plus tires and has been since before it was cool. Also all about the never wearing shoes, ever, even when riding thousands of miles with a fully loaded extracycle plus bike. He's an unconventional dude. Not sure how well that translates to him designing consumer products.

I heard him on a podcast and he seemed cool. I hated him for no good reason before that, but with more context, I like like his style and hate him because he lives the way i want to.

Never wearing shoes, eh? He should learn from this guy:

best of both worlds. I mean, I'm gonna stick with boring road shoes and KeOs, but good for him.

I don't know what to make of the Crust thing. they make not-bad bikes, but they seem to have the same relationship to Surly/AllCity that Rivendell has to Gunnar.

Speaking of Rivcult I ran into a friend last night while stopping to watch the sunset on my bike commute home. We got talking about how he rides over to the nearby public outdoor fitness area and does an upper body workout there every day. I asked what got him started on this and he told me the catalyst was the health and fitness chapter of Grant Petersen's Just Ride book. Wow. Then we did 20 push-ups together as the sun slid behind the Olympic mountains before parting ways.
