Last week I cleaned up my "spencer mess" (which is only 25% my spencer mess). Was pretty proud of myself. Now it's a mess again.
Existing cork board is just in the wrong place though and falling off the wall. Not sure how to put it up in better place cuz cement walls.

Currently we only have 8 hooks up to hang bikes.. and um, last I counted, 17 bikes in the household. But track bikes can live at the track if needed. Mine is only home cuz needs new front wheel. The dirty ones could live in the garage if needed but significantly less accessable (detached from house, have to go in through door on side of back yard with no sidewalk or path to it).

Beyond the wheel pile and additional storage is the secret guest room.

Hope our guests like fancy spencer junk.

My room at college is about 12'x12'. Here's my spencer mess that I try to keep out of our living room 'coz tryna be good roommate. I have two bikes (sometimes 3), a frame waiting to be built, and parts and tools shoved in boxes and crevices throughout.

I have a work stand at home home, too, but I thought it'd be best if I didn't bring it to school...

It's ironic 'coz my roommates room is 1.5x bigger than mine and he doesn't have a bunch of stuff like me.

Inspired by euflavine 's recent tragedy and my constant paranoia about someone breaking into the garage, I put up some thingees to lock bikes to. It's just cables, but I figure it's better than nothing. I gotta rig up something to lock the mountain bikes and the xtra too.

^^ Looks like a power station converted to a dungeon...down by the river.

I am ashamed to admit I don't have a good list of all my bikes' serial numbers, starting that process and better photo documentation tonight.

Goddamn I want some of the spaces you guyz have.

I have to do my thang in the kitchen. Got 10 bikes, two (go fast bikes) in kitchen, one (shiny pretty unfinished) in living room, two downstairs (sweet fixie & gf mixte spencer) by front door, two (grocery getters) outside, three (two tall bikes and a lowrider) at another storage place. Would murder for a sweet workshop/garage.

I'm on vacation this week so I took some time to finally bring in the parts cabinets from the garage and organize the wheelbuilding area of my basement. I also managed to sort out the tire mess. Hopefully I can get the rest of the basement looking better.

I'm at 8 and a frame/frok. Some need a few things to be operational.

Kicking around the idea of selling a few to build up a modern road spencer that can take 28s and fenders coz lately that's what I feel is missing in my life.

Wow, you dudes have a ton of bikes.

I have three complete bikes, three frames (all need to be sold) and about five smaller boxes of parts.

I'd like to get it down to two lifetime keepers with one box of extra parts.
