adjust-a-tukt frame from tour divide dirtbag cjellmoney

~413-435mm CS length for different wheel sizes. I have reservations about the long term durability, but apparently he's already ridden one on TD and it survived. Maybe the ISO-PM adaptor is structural.

Did he adjust a few times during the TD or just ride it as he started, fully tukt?

I figure if they drill out the slot on the chainstays where the clamp is, a-la this, it's probably OK

Seems like a really clever way to adjust cs length, just wondering if it's really clever-er than sliding derpouts.

That's actually a substantial improvement over this.

These look like Gunnars. If only Breezer had a classic logo they could use for their bikes!

The next model up, the "DOPPLER TEAM," looks pretty alright. Enough silver bits to keep me happy. 48/32 cranks are proper.

Those bars and that stem length absolutely kill me, though. Tarck should consult on photoshoots.

Saw this on insta today. https://m.pinkbike.com/news/huck-norris-anti-pinch-flat-insert.html

Not attached to the tread so it should still be supple (?)

Thoughts?

DIY would be way cheaper.

Seems like pinch flatting, and protecting the rims, would be the purpose(s) of most of those inserts (these seem most free floating and easy to use).

Definitely thought about buying those or other like them but I can't swallow the price. Far cheaper than a new rim, but I don't ride my nice bike ever so not really a concern. I would totally be into them as a diy project tho.
