FS: TranzX JD-YSP22 27,2x400mm / 105mm external cable setback dropper post

I've got a brand new never installed TranzX 27.2 external dropper post with setback for sale: $140 plus whatever we work out for shipping (I'm willing to take a hit there!)

Same exact posts as PNW Components

JD-YSP22 27,2x400mm / 105mm external cable black

You need to have between about 195mm and 280mm of post showing between saddle rails and clamp for this post to work for you.

Too short for my Jones. Too long for my Rick Jones. If you for some reason have a shorter one of these I'd trade you.

If you've never done it then yes, it's very surprising.

I've not used it at all but my girlfriend has one on her bike (diff size and length but same company). Resoundingly YES it should be very damn good. I doubt there is a more reliable version that works a damn. I wish I could run it over the xfusion I'm using.

Hers even lifted her saddle without issue with a bikepacking bag on it. Can't say the same for the xfusion.

Mine has strong return action. About 2500km on it. At 1500km-ish a threaded plug in the bottom of the post backed-out, needed re-tightening. Been super pleased with it.

Five-foot drops at speed on unstable terrain? Yep.
