Wtb stronglight 93 cranks(et)

Not picky about condition or the presence of chainrings. Always wanted a set of these.

Not for me. I prefer 31.8 bars so swapped after 1 ride

well i feel really dumb because i just assumed my bars were 25.4 when they actually measure 26.0.

so WTB 26.0x100-110 quill stem

WTB Cheap Parts off your old 10 speed!

Building up a 6-speed wife bike and need some parts for cheap. or free? She won't ride it a ton or ride hard at all so I am not looking for high end stuff. The donor frame and wheelset was made into a "single speed" by its previous owner by just taking the derailer off and using a shorter chain on a 6-speed freewheel. She wants to have speeds, but doesn't need all the speeds. Anything Suntour, Sunrace, low-end Shimano or similar would be fine.

  • Derailer or Deraileur - I honestly don't really care what it is as long as it's not bashed up. The frame doesn't have a hanger, so I would kinda prefer the kind that doesn't need one, but beggars can't be choosers and I could easily get a hanger.
  • Some kind of shifter. I think a thumb shifter would be great, but a single stem-mounted lever would be cool too. Even the regular double ones would be fine too. Just anything non-indexed.
  • Brake levers. We would love some plain aluminum ones like what you would find on a 3-speed with cruiser bars, but again, whatever.

WTB: SS cx bike, sized 49 or 50. Doesn't need to be very good, but I do plan on racing it, so nothing dangerous, please. Would prefer complete, but am okay with wheels not included or similar. They finally added women's SS cats here, and I want to race back-to-back.

Looking for a 25.4 threadless silver stem. 110-120mm. It has to accept drop bars, and it has to be interesting. This is to replace a stem that works fine but is boring/ oem. If you're interested in a trade i have a very gorgeous 25.4 in that length that will only go onto a straight bar because of clamp width.

prob not gonna come up with much, but looking for some 650b rim brake rims (or wheels, but rims are easier to ship), and some 650x38 tires to go with. I want to see if they'll fit on the fixie (held up my rims from my mountain bike and it looks like it'll all work, but it'll be close). looking for roached out and cheap/beer money to see if it'll even work before sinking a bunch of money into it

that was the idea, the front was looking close (28mm external rim here, shitty ruler in the back, 37-47mm reach brake here)

rear wheel looks like a no go though, this is with the rim all the way back in the dropouts

I've also been wanting to put fat tires on my fixie, found a fixed/free surly new hub laced to some velocity rim brake rim at the coop the other day but 135 spaced. Hemmed and hawed and decided to grab it anyways and it was gone.

I have Freds old 650b rim-brake rims hanging in the garage. Pretty sure there is still some life in them, brake track is really narrow though. They were originally non-MSW but both of us have pretty much worn off the anodization (Stan's ZTR355).
This is what they look like on a bike:

I have some VINTJ Deore LX levers with what look like removable shifter pods. Free, if you pay shipping (USPS priority flat rate).

If you ask nicely, I might swap them for the Dia-Compe levers on my Nitro, because IDGAF about that bike anymore.

in other news, tomorrow you should wear 2 different shoes because they function exactly the same and don't ask your team of shoe experts (who have hoards of spare shoes) if they have a matching one that they may just be saving for the rainy day someone might ask for one. .
