Yes and yes. I like how cloth tape feels more than any of the cork/foam stuff I've tried, and I didn't have any bar end thingummies lying around.

Before you go cloth you should definitely try some of this tape. It's been the most durable tape I've ever used.

+1 for the Fizik Superlight stuff. Feels good, not too big, and you can rewrap it ad infinitum as long as you don't scrape it too bad. Even then, you can usually get away with it. Plus, if it tears, you can stitch it back together.

Just ride your fucking bike and don't be a dick about it.

I was looking for something like the "flat synthetic bar tape" in here, purely for longevity, but ended up getting a local variant of that Fizik one. It wont be as slimy I guess which is good.

Not sure that's a great use of letter swapping.

If someone on here did it, I'd probably like it. Since it was done by someone I don't know, they're a fucking idiot.

Free new bike day! One of the guys who sponsors our big women's race found this at a Goodwill, had a local shop fix it up as a CX bike, and then gave it to me as a bike for tiny women to ride. It's going to live at my house and I'm super excited to heal my foot all the way and actually have a bike that's capable of riding cx on. Just gotta switch out the pedals.

Wanna hold hands?

I used blue housing because I bought 30 feet for working on my Pugsley. I bought the blue pedals because the blue/green cohesion looked pretty decent on the Nature Boy. Now I have this new frame and it looks terrible. It's literally the worst color matching.

I bought the retro teal framebag because tarckbear took over my body and guided my hand straight through checkout. I was not in control.

Those cages are Salsa side-loaders, for the framebag. Nothing has popped out of them yet. First time using side-loaders, but I think they might be my new favorite. They just make so much sense.
