Im home in NY now.

Most guys rock a 35 with studs in the front and a 38 in the rear. I ran sans studs. I would've had to walk from the closest parking lots to various buildings at the university (of North Dakota) anyways. Time to ride from my apt to the building vs. drive in a cold ass car and park and walk = nearly the same. So I rode pretty often. As often as was safe anyways.

Thats how I know the kryptonite NYL SL works in minus 40.

I ride 23's max so I like bikes with no room.
My roadie can barely fit 23's between the chainstays.

This has drops and grips now. Cutting those bars was a mistake.

the pictures are hard to see but the trackends look the same. but his have two holes drilled. the lugs on my bike have one hole in each. his lugs are windowed and mine aren't.
looks like the seatstay caps are different.
the top cut on the seatlugs look very similar and the fork crown definately is almost the same. that said, there is no telling without looking at both very closely. maybe the way the tubes are mitred in the bb shell would look similar...i don't even know who built mine though.

Not a pinarello as far as I can tell. I guess it could be orbea. I got the frame+fork+crankset used on ebay and the seller didn't remember what the fork is. I haven't seen any markings anywhere.

^ yeah. i'm pretty happy with it. the wheels are sun rims with formula hubs. nothing fancy. the saddle is from a secret online bike club, that frequently offers me 10% off for NO REASON. Perhaps you've heard of it?

Also, it's not purple. It's a raspberry raleigh (the kind you find at a second hand store.)

Being different in Austin is so difficult that you decided to spell "less" with one "s"? DIFFERENT!

Sorry. Probably a bit harsh, but it was just begging to be said.

I ran a bike LSD once. Not because I wanted to be different, but because I wanted to because when I was into BMX, I rode LSD. Grind on the right = drive train on the left.

The one "s" is because my name is Les. I don't take it as being harsh, just incorporating my name into something that I am.

Spoke cards because those are the races I have been in, or because I organized them. TT pad because I tried to keep scuffs to a minimum.
